To my Website. I was a Loyal ,Ambition driven employee for 30 years at a Major Manufacturer of Diesel and Gas Powered Generator sets. Highly Trained. and Have been Subject to a “Corporate Cost Cutting Measure, to Increase Profits for Shareholders.”, and My Branch and All Fellow employees were Impacted.. This New development in my life. Has Forced me to create a New Company ,and Start over. ,I will Use my Careers ingredients, of High Level of Technical Expertise ,Diagnosis, Repair, Rebuild ,Replace as required. of Items Necessary , to insure Proper Operation, Reliability. and Performance , of The Emergency or Standby, as well as Prime Power, Off Grid sites. My duties ,included start up and Commissioning of New Machines, single as well as Parallel sets. setup and testing, Annual Maintenance, and Load Bank Testing as required to comply with Joint Commission Accredited Health care sites. I have been a Field Service Technician ,covering Massachusetts ,Vermont and New Hampshire for my entire Career, and Will continue my efforts in the Same Vane as Always.. I have also Provided Operator Training and Familiarity with Customers staff to Insure Inhouse testing and Inspections are complete and thorough. Another Task I Have been embracing is the Install of Dual Purpose, Export /Import use of Electrical Tie in connection points, to Insure Quick Damage free connection of Load banks to Test Generator output , and annual Clean out of( Wetstacking )Unburned Fuel in exhaust systems due to continued Light Load conditions. This Connection,Export, 1, Eliminates Disconnection of Customers cables to connect Temporary cables,1a, Which Creates a No Generator availability to site Loads during test, 2, Eliminates Damage to Aluminum/ Copper Lugs at Circuit Breaker from repeated use. 3,Import , Provide a Tie In Location of Portable Generator in the event of permanent Generator being out of service, Note This Configuration, must be installed on Load side of Circuit breaker , and be Voltage ,Current rated ,color coded , and Labeled with Info, of Voltage ,Phase Rotation and a Procedure to Follow. If this is a Consideration to add to your equipment I would be glad to visit your site , inspect the unit for install, and yes every one can be different due to Access ,Circuit breaker Design, and Output box. I have done several sites at Hospitals , Nursing homes, as well as Colleges. anywhere the task is required.
